Software asset management pro plugin not activated

Hi, i am trying to activate the plugin for software asset management, but it failed. kindly help.

•  Go to developer.servicenow.com
• Click on Manage my instance button on top right 

Search "Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins"

If you get failure message- follow these post : Install SAM Pro on PDI
