Software contracts with multiple cost centers

background - our procurement platform(s) do not and will not be integrated into SN

procurement data goes into a datahub, this includes the contract #, contract admin, start/end, cost centers, etc

datahub data will import to SN

In the default contract form in SAM there is only ONE cost center field. 

Are there additional fields not enabled by default that allow for display of additional cost centers? e.g. Cost Center 1, Cost Center 2, etc.

Would a field displaying the percentage of total cost be a custom field (importing percentage value from datahub)

Is this situation better dealt with by using rate cards and how would one set that up?
