Hi,
Is there a way to create a condition in a software model that would only include or exclude machines where both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Client AND Cloud Software Group, Inc. Authentication Manager are installed?

Hi @BelindaViegen,
Yes, this setting is possible, unfortunately we cannot use Suite Components for this, because for that all products have to be from the same manufacturer, which is not the case with you.
The application specified by the software model should be present on the device for this solution to work.
You can set a corresponding filter to the normalized values from the Discovery Model in the Install Conditions, which refer to the Software Install Records.
Software Model Product = Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Client
- Install Condition 1: Normalized Publisher = Microsoft & Normalized Product = Endpoint Configuration Manager Client
- Install Condition 2: Normalized Publisher = Cloud Software Group, Inc. & Normalized Product = Authentication Manager
Best, Dennis

Hi @dreinhardt, I can't get it to work.
When I do this it will move all installations to the adjusted software model, while I know there are devices with only Endpoint Configuration Manager Client, and no Authentication Manager so I would expect a split of the installations over the 2 models.
I'm feeling like I'm doing something wrong. Do you have an example in which this works? (preferably with a screenshot of how the condition looks in the software model and the result).
