Hi
Based on the serviceNow documentation on Low usage software reclamation(Software installation optimization and removal | ServiceNow Docs), a mail will be sent to to the user where the software is installed, if the user rejects reclamation request (decides to use software), serviceNow documentation saying approval will be getting routed to manager's approval.
Any one know how this part is implemented in OOB as I couldn't see any separate notification triggering to manger from OOB flow , or based on event or inbound action.?

Hi Sudeepptr,
The notification trigger is the approval request notification. If you look at the workflow, there is an group approval activity. When approval request is created, there will be notification send out to the approval. In this case, the approval will be the assignment group on the removal candidate.
Hope this helps.
