Software usage table is not updating properly count mismatch with SCCM software last usage data

Software usage table is not updating properly count mismatch with SCCM software last usage data.

Also getting multiple empty values in "User" & "Email" column of samp_sw_usage table.

CMDB team is looking for similar count of software last used time in SCCM with SerivceNow software usage table data.

We are in xanadu version, kindly help us to fix this issue.
