Can someone tell me the backend table name for the 'Subnet(CIDR)' table under 'IP Filter Criteria' table?

I would recommend you to use SN Utils that comes as browser extension.
Go to settings -> select 'Show Technical names on page load', it would show tables name and field names of the loaded page and is very handy.
Subnet (CIDR) table name - sys_ip_address_subnet
