We are in the SAM Pro Path to Value (Walk) phase primarily. 1 of the KPIs recommended to act on to produce SAM Pro value opportunity was the following:

25% reduction in number of material breaches due to software

What processes, data, steps would be required with out of the box methods only in order to achieve tracking this for a baseline and tracking the reduction over time?

Looking at the many similar questions you are asking, I would suggest diving into the Docs, taking the SAM courses on NowLearning to understand what you can do with it and where it helps. Just throwing KPIs on the community, asking how to achieve them, won't help you if you don't know what SAM entails.
