I am aware of the SSO capabilities with using the Okta Spoke but is it possible to track Okta licenses within SAM PRO?

Sorry, I don't think this really answers the question or maybe I didn't ask a good question. So here's some context. We have 9500 Okta licenses and want to know if we can track them in SAM Professional rather than having to be in the Okta domain to track the licenses.
