Unable to Integrate Snow Software with ServiceNow CMDB

Hi Everyone,

 

We have followed all the steps mentioned here https://docs.snowsoftware.com/itsm-enhancer/en/UUID-88d29c59-ddb3-711b-39e0-fefa4e512fc1.html but still unable to extract the information from Snow Software. Can any one help us with this.

Those steps are not all encompassing for the configuration.  Are the SLM API connections successful?  And you ran both guided setups?
