'Undetermined' Reason under Installs requiring action

Hi community,

The below is for MS SQL Enterprise... does anyone know how to solve the 'Undetermined' Reason when you have installs requiring action?

Unfortunately, this "undetermined" result indicates that SAMP cannot clearly identify the errors and the range of possible issues is unfortunately very large. In this case, I always open a ServiceNow case. This has already resulted in an enhancement, for example, and ServiceNow itself has expanded error detection.

Thanks @dreinhardt  - appreciate the quick response. I'll open a HI ticket and see what SN says. I'll update when I get a resolution from the SN team.

Esch undetermined issue could be customer specific, depending on the CMDB data quality. Please raise your own ticket.
