Updating HAM Asset action from Agent Workspace

Hi everyone,

We have HAM enabled and are trying to move towards agent workspace... But there is something that we can do (HAM related) in the native view, which we are struggling to do in the agent workspace view. We are able to update the asset action on incidents in the native view easily. But we can't figure out how our Technical Support Engineers can update the asset action whilst closing tickets which have assets added to them in the agent workspace.

Adding an asset action in Agent workspace is easy, you just double click on the empty space under the asset action column and chose your asset action from the drop down list:

But when you try to do this in agent workspace, double clicking on the same blank space within the 'Affected CIs' tab in the agent workspace UI doesn't do anything:

If we are to move towards using agent workspace, how can our colleagues update the asset action from the workspace view? Are we trying to do it the wrong way? 

updating asset actions is something that all of our TSEs use. If we can't enable them to do this in workspace, then this will prevent us from using agent workspace at all.
