Create allocation UI action is not working on SAM workspace

Whenever I am clicking on this UI action , its not creating any asset job ,Has anyone faced this kind of situation ?

is that an OOTB UI action?

If it's then was it working fine earlier?

Did you recently upgrade?

If it's custom then you need to debug it further
