What is the best practice for software allocation and deallocation in SAM Module

Hi Experts,

I need some help on the "best practice for software allocation and deallocation process" in SAM Module.

For software allocation I have created high level workflow but not sure its the standard one or not. Need your input, experts.

Apart from that what's the best way for s/w deallocation process, please suggest.

For the deallocation process, you can utilize reclamation rules 

Reclamation: Based on the software usage it will create a removal candidate, the SAM manager can work on that and can remove the software from the user/device

For allocation , the image you did added is the OOTB process (Procurement process flow )
