What is the process of adding part number into content library

Hello Everyone,

 

Can anyone pls guide what is the process of adding part number into content library and if yes what is the requirement from customer side, as they want us to add their product part number into content library, pls guide, thank you.

To add a product part number to ServiceNow's Content Library, you can either submit a request to ServiceNow's Content Team for review and potential addition, which typically takes two to four weeks, or create a custom part number within your instance by navigating to

 

Software Asset → Administration → Custom Part Numbers.

From which option we can send a request to content team to add part number in content library. Please guide.
