widget failing and cross scope issues

Hi

 

I'm cloned the OOTB jny_journey widget in journey design scope after implementing that widget I'm facing some errors.

Execute operation on script include 'hr_TicketPageConfigUtil' from scope 'Journey designer' was denied. The application 'Journey designer' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests.
 ErrorServer JavaScript error undefined is not a function.

Hi! I had the same issue, and resolved it by going to "System Applications > Application Restricted Caller Access", or directly to the table "sys_restricted_caller_access", and set the Restricted Caller Access Privilege with target "Script Include: hr_TicketPageConfigUtil" to status "Allowed" 🙂
