(Workaround) Missing list elements in SAMP workspace (Utah)

I'm sure you've already noticed that you sometimes see more list items in the SAMP workspace in non-prod instances than later in the prod instance. The first difference is usually that the own account in the Non-Prod instances is assigned to the role "admin" and in PROD usually only sam_admin / sam_user.
 
The following elements are currently only displayed with the "admin" role in the workspace and are not visible if you have a sam_* role (ServiceNow release Utah) :
 
  • License Operations > Licensing > Consumption rules
  • License Operations > Resource values > Resource values
  • License Operations > IBM ASP integration (all 5 sub elements)
 
All of these missing elements are known defects and fixed in the Vancouver release and will be visible for all users with a sam_* role. If you would like to fix this issue in your Utah instance, please process the following steps provided by the ServiceNow support:
 
For now the Workaround is as follows:
  1. Go to the List Applicability table [sys_ux_applicability_m2m] (https://INSTANCE.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list_list...)
  2. Check the attached screenshot, where you can see what lists are there for the missing items
  3. Create List Applicability for each of the list from the screenshot
