Workday Integration with Software Asset Management

I am working on integrating Workday with SAM for SAAS license management, however I only see contingent user data in the User Subscription table, for some reason Fulltime employee data is not reflecting.W

Does anyone know the way to traverse through all 50 records in for each action of flow designer ?

Hi Fathima,

We are also working on integrating our Workday system with ServiceNow.

Currently, our subflow's For Each step (Shown in the image you have attached) only has 0 of 0 records.

We have created our Integration profile, Basic authentication and the Schedule job status shows completed.
But the subflow doesn't fetch any records. It would be helpful if you could provide some information regarding challenges you faced from ServiceNow and Workday side.

Please verify security policy granted in workday configuration

Ensure the "worker category" is rightly mapped in ServiceNow, additionally I had enabled all type of Workers to be pulled into ServiceNow to verify if it works that way.
