Can't install SIR v. 13.4.3 on PDI

Hi SecOps experts,

 

I'm trying to install the latest version of SIR (13.4.3) on my PDI but it's stuck as per the attached screen shot:

V. 13.4.3 has only been in GA for a couple of days, so I'm wondering if that's the problem. Interested to hear from anyone who's been able to successfully install it on a PDI already.

Hey there,

 

Have also seen an odd experience with this here and using the new Application Manager.

 

Could you try temporarily switching to the "Classic Application App Manager" - search for the Security Incident Response (sn_si) Application, and attempt the installation that way?

 

This has seemed to do the trick running into this recently these past few days...
