Hello I am trying to configure email client templates . I have created 4 templates related to Security incident table . But when i am clicking on email option i am unable to see the below option to select a dedicated email template . How to unable this drop down list?

This doesn't seem to be an OOB functionality. You may need to make custom changes. If it is just messages, that needs to be populated, you can use Quick Message. Email Client Templates are selected based on condition.

Hello Sanjiv,
I have one urgent requirement . In creating playbooks in Process automation designer we have activity Yes or No outcome . If user select yes then it should move to contain state and if user selects No it should move to Review state . How it can be achieved . Please let me know asap.
