Error in the Microsoft Defender integration with ServiceNow during capability execution

Facing error while getting Machine ID in the Microsoft Defender integration with ServiceNow during the capability execution. The integration is made successfully between MS Defender and ServiceNow. But executing the Capabilities like "Get Host Details " and "Get logged on user" details, the machine id is not found even though the record in the cmdb table it quit good. Please let me know how to sort out this issue.

Hi @Purushoth Kumar - Thanks for your post. There is a known issue here (login required) impacting the integration's ability to find the machine ID, and this may be relevant to your situation. If that does not help resolve your issue, you may want to open a ticket with Support to assist you further.
