How to configure Security Incident Catalogs to Service Portal?

Hi,

I have a requirement to configure Security Incident Catalogs available under SIR module to Service Portal. Is there any solution or a way to implement this?

Yes i have gone through this. I need to display security incident catalogs on service portal that is not mentioned here.

Hi,

There are simple steps to do that

1) Go to maintain catalog in left navigation.

2) Open the list

find_real_file.png

3) You will that Security Incident Catalog wont have a order to it.

4) Edit that form and give order to it as in above image.

5) It will be visible on portal as below:
