Post Incident Review not generated into PDF after SIR has been closed.

I have an issue with my PIR not being generated into a PDF file and attaches itself into the SIR form once the state has been closed. 

The OOB BR "Generate PIR PDF" was set to inactive by default and I was still able to generate out a PDF.  I have done several scenarios including filling in the questionnaire completely and closing the SIR without filling in the PIR. Both are able to generate a PDF with no issue.

The only configuration I have done in the OOB instance is to change the PIR to non-mandatory when closing the SIR. I have done the same on my other instance but wasn't able to generate out the PDF. I have done similar approach in filling out the PIR. Sometimes I am able to generate and sometimes it doesnt. 

Am I missing out on something?

I found a London instance and it still works for me.

 

Look for Business Rule: "Store assignee" and make sure it is still active. Also, the updated date on this file is 12015-04-08 23:35:39.

The BR was active in my instance (Kingston glide-kingston-10-17-2017__patch12-11-28-2018) but the PDF isn't generated at a 100% rate. It only generates occasionally.

 

I have created a HI-ticket and an UI action was created as a solution or workaround. The UI action works the same way as the BR (Just think of it as a manual generation of the PDF). That however did not work all of the time too.

 

Do you think I'll need to upgrade to London so as to resolve this PDF issue?

I was looking in HI for a problem/fix related to this and I did not see any...

Hello, I also have BR "Store assignee" on active state and PIR does not generate..... 

Thanks for your answer. I will try to create de UI Action and generate it manually.
