Ref info button is not working for CVITs table

When i click on info section on form for a reference field its not showing any info for CVITs table. Please help me on this how to troubleshoot.

It is happening for admins and non admins and all records. I randomly checked some records.

same field behaves similarly when record opened in different view in native?

I am in chrome and checked in edge also. Both places its same i can't able to preview.
