Scan engine for Rapid7

I am working with a client who is using Rapid7 InsightVM, and they are having issues with the Rescan function. Sometimes the Rescan is successful, and sometimes it results in the following error:

Based on what I'm seeing in the documentation, this is an error on the Rapid7 side. What can the client do to remediate this issue?

Resolution: Rapid7 needs to register the scan engine.
