SIR -- Dynamic round robin incident assignment

Hello,
I am trying to determine if a dynamic incident assignment is possible in the Security Incident Response (SIR) Module.
by dynamic, I mean by using the current time and on-call member of an assignment group

 

Here is the use case:

During core business hours 8am-5pm: Incidents are assigned via a round robin method by members of a assignment group.

Outside of business hours: 5:01pm--7:59am: incidents are assigned to the current on-call analyst of an assignment

Does anyone know if this is possible from the out of box the features of ServiceNow SIR?
If it is not possible from out of the box, is it possible to create a custom script, or integration?
