Hey Kevin,

Great feedback and I agree that I got a bit salesy in this initial session.  😉   The good news is this really was just the intro.  We will get more technical as time goes on and as we get deeper into the topics.

I like your asks and those are definitely things that can get done with our solutions, they are just further up the maturity scale than we were showing here.   The goal is to first get folks comfortable with maturity level 1 (ML1) and then move up the scale to more advanced capabilities as you are mentioning above.

As much as we'd like to get to full automation on day 1, that typically takes a bit of time (not a ton of time, but it is a process), but I love your use cases and we will take those as great feedback and look to show these as we develop this series.

With regards to costs, it is really hard to give a ballpark.  It is best if you work with your account team and/or SN Partner to figure this stuff out.

Really appreciate the feedback though and keep your eyes open for the next session.

Thanks!!!

I wish I'd seen these videos before we implemented SIR and VR. I just found them today. Will you continue to post tutorials? I'm about to watch the 2nd and 3rd tutorials.

Hi @Refocused Dad....I am glad you like what you saw so far and we will definitely be posting more videos.   We are working on the schedule now, but keep your eyes open to this community and @Eric Feron will be letting everyone know what to expect next.
