Hello,
I am working on a playbook in the flow designer. I am creating a SIT task for the playbook, however it does not let me set the Description of the task, only the Short Description.
see example screenshot.
This causes the description of the task in the UI to be blank.
How do I add a description to a SIR (SIT) task?
Thanks

The "Create Response Task set Incident state V1" Action is a pre-built Action and is available to view and edit from within Flow Designer > Actions. You can add Description as an Input then add to the Create Task step, save and publish (make sure no conflicts).

Hello Martin,
Thank you for the response, this solution was easy to understand and the pictures helped a ServiceNow novice like myself, a note for others with the same problem, the "Actions" tab from the flow designer will not be visibility unless you have certain permissions.
