It varies from the instance and the scanner you using. But general practice is to make sure the attachment size is less than 50-70 mb. https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1000704

Hi @Community Alums ,
its more than 6GB download reducing the size to 50MB will take more than 120-170 iterations for download. Also the processing time will increase is that best practice ?
