Hi Everyone,
We are facing an issue , when the Vulnerabilities(QIDs) are pulled from Qualys integration, we can see for some of the QIDs, only few fields got populated (i.e, Source severity, Normalised severity field are EMPTY).
Though we tried backdating the integration( QualysHostDetection, QualysKnowlegebase, QualysKnowlegebase(backfill)) multiple times with past date, still those fields are not getting populated.
Please let me know if anyone faced this issue earlier and the steps to resolve this. Thanks.
