Hi Chris,
Thank you a lot for this amazing white paper with very useful best practices.
Do you also have hints and advice regarding finding executive sponsors in organizations that maintain a certain culture where people try to avoid decisions, take over additional responsibility, and clearly lack of adaptability towards change, especially on the medium and higher management levels? Any thoughts on how to best approach the executives and point out that a sponsor is required? (Especially, if the lower management levels are somehow too shy to reach out and more involved in cover-your-a**-initiatives)
