Hello @Aniket Shukla
Navigate to the Workspace List
Open your ServiceNow instance.
Go to the Application Vulnerability Response workspace (e.g., Application Vulnerability Response > Vulnerabilities).
Locate the list you want to customize.
Open List Layout Options
Click the gear icon (List Layout or Personalize List) in the top-right corner of the list panel.
In Workspace, the icon is usually at the top of the list header (next to column titles).
This opens the List Layout configuration modal.
Customize Columns
Add Columns:
Click Add Column or select from available fields.
Choose the fields you want displayed in the list, e.g., Vulnerability ID, CVE, Risk Score, Assigned To, Status.
Remove Columns:
Select a column from the “Selected” section and click Remove.
Reorder Columns:
Drag and drop the columns in the order you want them to appear.
Sort Columns:
Click the column headers in the list to sort ascending/descending.
Save Layout
After customizing, click Done or Save.
The list layout in Workspace will now reflect your selected columns and order.
Workspace remembers user-specific layouts similar to Native UI personalizations.
Notes & Best Practices
Workspace list layouts are per user, similar to Personalize List in native view.
Changes in Workspace do not affect native view layouts unless the system admin updates the default list layout via System Definition > Lists.
To make the layout default for all users, update the Default Layout for the table in System Definition > Lists; it will propagate to Workspace lists by default.
Some advanced columns (related lists, reference fields) may appear differently in Workspace due to rendering limitations.
If this response proves useful, please mark it as Accept as Solution and Helpful. Doing so benefits both the community and me. 👍🙂

For layout changes simply go the list layout for the table you wanted to change and alter the layout by selecting the view you want to change for.
