I am not getting an Incident SLA report when I am using Task SLA [task_sla] table.

I am building an SLA Breached report for Incidents using Task SLA[task_sla] table but instead of getting reports on Incidents I am getting the attached report. How should I get the Incident report?

Not sure what do you mean by incident report. You can add task field.
