AI Agent hanging/looping when tested on AI Agent Studio

I ‘m creating my first AI Agent, and ‘m experiencing an issue where it gets stack on the Configuration Item tool processing when testing it.

 

I have attached a document detailing the configuration I did and the test result.

 

Please assist/advise.

Hi @Arnold Zwane 

Try repairing the AU Agent Studio and the other Agent plugin once and test again. Sometimes it can also be a cache issue.

Hi Atul,

 

Thanks for the response and advice. Could you kindly advise how do we repair the AU Agent Studio and the other Agent plugin, please. I checked under applications and plugins, but could not find any application named AU (guess you meant to say AI) Agent Studio. Do you perhaps have the app id for it? Also, do you have a name for what you referred to as "other Agent plugin".

I 've just repaired the 3 plugins and tested, the problem persist, unfortunately.

Thanks for the effort anyway - you are welcome to advise if you can think of anything else that could be the course.
