Flows- subflows - set stage and state to Error for Stage Fulfillment cancelation

1. I have requirement that when RITM in Fulfilment stage, i have a button called 'cancel RITM' [screenshot 1] , if we click it will closed all tasks to set closed cancelled and RITM stage to Request Cancelled and state to Closed cancelled[screenshot 2]. This logic working fine except stage - state error flow setting.
Stage-state flow shows as below[screenshot 3] (Fulfillment - Completed), but as its cancelled during Fulfillment stage I need to show as (Fulfillment - Cancelled),
I have Flow >> subflow >> subflow for the Fulfillment stage for task creations and closer validations (refer screenshots).
Could you please help to add stage-state error during Fulfillment stage in case of cancellation.
