In ATF, could not find the capability to click attach. button or submit the sc_cat_item via Portal

While creating ATF Test Steps I could get any OOB test step which could help me in accessing or clicking OOB Attachment button for a Service Catalog Item (sc_cat_item) on Service Portal

This won't work since it is not form it is a catalog item.
