Hi all,
I have an order guide which have multiple record producers. Using order guide, as there was a need to add multiple pages instead of one page. Using multiple record producers, as we are need to create cases on provider enrollment table. However, when I use the order guide, I can't see the submission page . When I submit the individual record producer, I do get the confirmation page with Case #. I am expecting the same confirmation page when I submit same record producer using the order guide.
I am using below script in my record producer:

Hi @SuT ,
Yes, it is possible to create a parent-child relationship between the two record producers in ServiceNow when they are submitted via the Portal. To achieve this, you can follow these steps:
First, navigate to the Order Guide where you have created the two record producers, Record Producers A and B.
Open the Order Guide and go to the "Record Producers" related list.
Select the Record Producer B and open its properties.
In the properties, locate the "Advanced" section and find the field called "Parent Producer".
Enable the "Parent Producer" field and set its value to Record Producer A. This establishes the parent-child relationship between the two record producers.
Save the changes to the Record Producer B.
Now, when a user submits the order guide via the Portal, the record produced by Record Producer B will be created as a child entry (related list) on the record produced by Record Producer A.

Hey Manoj,
I am using the order guide and have my record procuders in it. I submit one rp at a time, so I don't need parent child relationship. But I need to able to see the confirmation page after submitting the form.
