redirect from service portal item

How to redirect customers from a service portal to another site? In CSM portal, when customer tries to open an item/record producer(ex: "Hardware Order"), instead of opening form, can we redirect to another site?
How can this be achieved?

I am not using content items. It's a record producer which creates case, but now we want to redirect the customer to another site when they click on the item or try to open the form using bookmarks etc.
