Issue with helptext

The text added to the "Instructions" field of variable currently appears to the right of the field on the Service Portal form. It should instead be displayed on a new line below the field. This is the issue in Zurich version Patch4.

if this started coming after upgrade and is behaving the same in other variables in other catalog items then it's an upgrade issue
