Tooltip displayed as help text for MRVS when impersonating a specific user

Hello,

I am encountering a weird issue with a multiple row variable set in a record producer. The variable tooltip is displayed as a help text with the question mark. It is happening only when impersonating one specific user. It does not happen when impersonating other users. My instance is Xanadu Patch 5. Please help me resolve that issue.

I found what the issue is. This happens when the user enables accessibility in classic within his accessibility preferences "Enable accessibility in classic".

Thanks for taking the time to reply! I was able to identify the issue. It was with the accessibility preference. The user has enabled accessibility in classic "Enable accessibility in classic".
