I am having difficulty with a Catalogue Item and a new variable I created for it. The variable shows on the RITM and SCTask in the Global view, however when I look at the RITM+ SCTask in the Service Operations Workspace view, the Variable field is Blank.... has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions for a resolution ? Thanks
