Hi @mikadad99 ,
Here is a thought. Have you connected the workflow to a Catalog Item? When not connected it will load all existing variables into the slushbucket for variables in the catalog task activity. That can take time. If you connect it to a Catalog Item, the catalog task activity will only pull the variables for that Catalog Item which will ease the load.
