I am trying to install AWS Service Management Connector (AWS Service Management Connector - ServiceNow Store) in a developer instance, but cannot find it in the plug in section.
I was able to find only this post with version 5.13 How to install AWS Service Management Connector - ServiceNow, but it is failing when I try to install in my deeloper instance.
does anyone know if this is the correct way to install it? or guide me on how to install?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @aldolopezib
This is a Store app, which is not available on a PDI (Personal Developer Instance).
You can only get Store apps on a client instance or an official licensed instance. So, what you're looking for is not possible on a PDI.

Hi @aldolopezib
I'm not 100% sure, but from time to time, ServiceNow changes their policies and moves modules between being part of the application and being available in the Store. Because of that, things can get confusing. Since there's no support for this on the PDI, it's hard to say exactly how to fix or correct the issue.
