I would like to inquire about the compatibility of Tenable SGC across different ServiceNow versions.
Our customer’s instance was previously on the Yokohama version and has already implemented Tenable SGC. When I checked store.servicenow.com, I found that it is listed as compatible with Yokohama, but I did not see any information indicating whether it is also compatible with the Australia version.
The customer is now planning to upgrade their instance to Australia, and I would like to confirm the following:
If the customer’s current environment is already using Tenable SGC on Yokohama, will it continue to work properly after the upgrade to Australia?
If there is an Australia environment where the Tenable SGC plugin has never been installed before, is there any way to use Tenable SGC in that environment?
If it is supported, are there any additional installation, migration, adaptation, or configuration steps required?
If it is not currently supported, are there any recommended alternatives or future support plans?
