ServiceGraph for Microsoft Intune

We want to look into utilizing the Microsoft Intune ServiceGraph to update our workstation information in the CMDB, but see that there is actually a fee for this plugin. Has anyone run into this issue? What exactly is the fee? Is it a new subscription, like an SU count? Is it a one time fee to purchase the plugin? All of the ServiceGraph's we have implemented so far have been free.

Hi @Catherine Proco.

The Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune is a paid plugin on the ServiceNow store. It also has the following dependencies which may also come with a fee:

  • Integrations Commons for CMDB (from ServiceNow Store)
  • CMDB CI Class Model (from ServiceNow Store)
  • ServiceNow IntegrationHub Enterprise Pack Installer (com.glide.hub.integrations.enterprise)

That said though, it's always best to speak with your Service now account manager as you may be entitled to certain plugins under existing entitlements you have already purchased

Cheers,

Brad
