Agent Assist search action configuration options not loading.

Hi,
We have been facing an issue in Agent Workspace under Agent Assist, wherein when we impersonate an agent and try to attach an article to the respective ticket, the search configuration options are not visible and it only shows "Loading actions.. please wait..".

Please refer to the screenshot below:

Please help to resolve this issue.

Go to 'Table Configuration' , open your entry and under related list below must be blank hence you are seeing this, Please deactivate that reconfigure again by reading my article once.

Try creating new for one table, if still not working create HI ticket with Servicenow support team.
