Approval widget is not showing up in service portal for ITIL users after upgrade from kingston to London . User criteria is not defined yet.

In service portal after the upgrade from Kingston to London Approval widget is not showing up for itil users.

Work around.

No User criteria Defined.

No roles defined for any widget

Tried all the ways to resolve but nothing helpful any inputs will be really appreciated.

Hi Alberto in My case user can see the approval records on Normal end user front end page not in service portal .

I can answer my question as in London upgrade out if widget having roles so best practice is clone the widget and customize the code with roles or with no roles based on your requirement .

did you try the resolution suggested in the article below?

Based on the scenarios described before the resolution is to either create a new ACL to give access to the user or modify the existing ones.

Hi Alberto in my Case user had access to the widget to Read and write but still user can't see the widget its happened only after upgrade from Kingston to London .You can see it in the below screen shots.
