Hi There,
Recently I have noticed that incidents in a state of resolved are showing up on lists when the filter active=true is on. They did not use to show up. Is this a bug or an intended feature? I am on Madrid 9a.

Yes, Incidents in a Resolved state are still active. Only Incidents in Closed or Cancelled states are considered inactive.

I know this was from a really long time ago - so I'm hoping to see a reply. What is the ramification of setting the flag from true to false on an incident when it is resolved? Does that stop the other triggers? Does it cause issues or can we do that so they stop showing up in reports/dashboards but still let the users reopen/survey etc?
