I'm trying to get our instance to request a reason for cancelling a change request. At the moment choosing cancel simply sets it to a state of cancelled.
I've imported the client script Show Cancel Reason modal and 2 UI pages change_confirm_reason and change_confirm_cancel which weren't present on our instance.
None of this has changed the behaviour. What I am missing? Not really sure why there are 2 UI pages which appear to be trying to do the same thing.
