Hi @Spade2 ,

How to Find and Edit It

  1. Navigate to: System Notification > Email > Notifications

  2. Search by name: Look for “Approval - Requested”

  3. Check Table: Confirm it's scoped to sysapproval_approver

  4. Check the Condition: Should trigger when State changes to Requested

You can edit this notification directly, or (recommended) create a copy and customize it, then use a Notification Email Script or template to enrich content or branding.

Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

This is the OOB notification on the approval table. So make sure that your changes aren't affecting other approval emails.

And PLEASE!!! remove the links from your question. You are providing way too much information from your instance in those. You don't want to know what someone with bad intentions can do with the information you are providing here.

Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
