Cannot see attachments on Serviceportal while is visible in ITIL view on same knowledge article.

Hi Everyone,  I need a little help here. I am facing a bug. I can see the attachments in ITIL view on my Knowledge article but unable to see those attachments on the same knowledge article in ServicePortal. Can anyone please help me on this?

Hi Uday

 

To display your attachments on the portal, please ensure the following:


1) the 'Attachment link' field on the article form is unchecked.

2) the 'Display attachment' field on the article form is checked.

Once the above is done, you will be able to view the attachments at the bottom of the article on the portal page.

In my KB article display attachment checkbox is unchecked but still attachment is visible
